National Car Rental Reviews

I booked through nationalcarrental.com, the pickup was way quicker than I expected. I showed up, gave them my info, and was in the car within a few minutes, which was a nice change since some places seem to turn even basic paperwork into a project.

The car was already ready, and the staff didn’t make the process harder than it needed to be. No long wait, no weird back-and-forth, and no feeling like I had to chase someone down just to get moving.

Dropping it off was just as simple. I pulled in, handed it over, got my receipt quickly, and that was it. it was one of the smoother rentals I’ve had, maybe because they actually seemed prepared.

i mean, everything went smoothly. My reservation was there when I arrived, and the final bill matched what I expected. No weird surprise charges.

I booked through nationalcarrental.com, and shockingly enough, the price they showed me was basically what I ended up paying. The taxes and fees were listed before checkout, so I didn’t get treated to the usual fun little surprise at the counter. that’s all I’m asking for with a car rental, which apparently is a lot these days

There were plenty of cars to choose from when I got there, which I think other customers would appreciate too. My car was clean, ready quickly, and the whole pickup process was easy...

I rented from National and the car was totally fine!!! No real complaints there, it drove well and everything was straightforward. The customer service was more hit or miss though!!! The person at the counter was polite, but they seemed kind of rushed and didn’t really explain much, so I was left figuring some things out on my own.
Later on, I called about a charge on my bill and it took a while to get connected with someone who could actually help!!! They did fix it eventually, which I appreciated, but I had to explain the same thing a few times before it got sorted out. So yeah, not a terrible experience at all, just not exactly great either!!!
